We absolutely loved building with TR Homes. It was seamless from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our house, the Hamelin Bay, is beautiful and incredibly well built. The high ceilings, big windows and well-designed spaces make for a perfect family home. Couldn’t recommend TR Homes more!

After holidaying in the northwest of WA, we returned home with the holiday blues and instead of booking another holiday, we bought a block of land! We loved the ability to completely customise our home, didn't feel pressured to sign a contract and not only did the house tick all the boxes for building in a cyclone region, it still felt like home.

Absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in the door to delivery to handover. Nothing was too much trouble. I had quite specific ideas and they met them all, even gave me a few extra suggestions which were brilliant. Ours is a holiday rental and we get fantastic reviews everyone loves the polished concrete floors and its solar passive. I can highly recommend them!

TR Homes to us were the most well-known modular home company. When we reached out via the website, Mitch was so responsive and efficient. Built with TR Homes all the way to Exmouth [and] I couldn't fault the service. Went through Cyclone Narelle early this year, the house was fine, no issues at all a part from a little water on the floor. I'm looking to build again and it will be through TR Homes in the future.
