Site Access for Transportable Granny Flats

We specialise in building transportable granny flats WA-wide, focusing on regional areas and Perth’s outer-suburban acreage properties.

To ensure a smooth delivery and installation, your property will need a minimum 6-metre-wide side access for our transport vehicles to drive into place.

Due to the size of our delivery trucks, some sites may not be suitable, including metro blocks, battle-axe or rear lots, or very steep slopes. If you are unsure about your site access, contact our team to check your block details.

Granny Flat Prices in WA

Our modular homes and granny flats are premium, permanent structures. Prices for our standard specification granny flats start at $183,000, including delivery (within 200km of Maddington).

This starting price covers building and transport only; it does not include on-site works (such as connections), upgrades, or external structures like verandahs and carports.
