Our beautiful Hamelin Bay display home has been awarded the HIA Award for the best Transportable/Kit Home of the Year, for the Perth Metro area! As a predominantly regional builder, we’re really proud to have picked up this prestigious award in our own neighbourhood.

Maybe the judges fell in love with the polished concrete flooring or the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area with vaulted ceilings. But we think it might be the super luxurious master ensuite with the double shower and matt black tapware!
TR Homes was also a finalist for the Framed Home of the Year with the same home.
