TR Homes is changing the way people think about prefabricated housing by designing and building modular homes which are stylish, practical, quality and most importantly, liveable.
Nathan Hollis, Group Sales and Business Development Manager, said TR Homes has been building quality modular prefabricated homes in WA since 1972.
"We build our homes in modules at one of four manufacturing facilities in WA and NT, allowing us to transport homes to towns all over WA and the NT," Nathan said.
"Prefabricating our homes allows us to completely control the build from start to finish, reducing dependency on external suppliers and accelerating build times compared to traditional construction methods."
"This also helps in situations where tradesman are material supply are restricted or monopolised."
Nathan, who is relatively new to TR Homes and modular construction, said every house they build had to feel like a home - ticking boxes for style, liveability, practicality and quality.
He said the company offered four design ranges to suit varying climates and soil types including homes for cyclonic regions and heavy clay sites.
"We work on the foundations of service, quality, expertise and value."
"We are also transparent about what's included in the price and state costs upfront to avoid any unnecessary surprises when a project is underway."
"Thanks to an in-house drafting and design team we are also able to create one-off designs with expert guidance to ensure our clients get their dream home with minimum fuss. Or we can adjust existing designs to suit individual needs."
Nathan said the company was going from strength to strength with its recent run of awards and expansion into the Northern Territory.
"TR Homes is the residential arm of remote modular construction company, Murray River North Group, which also had the commercial and government division, MRN Construction."
