A little help can go a long way. That’s why TR Homes is offering $1000 monthly grants to deserving community groups across regional WA.

About the grant program

TR Homes has been building homes for people across regional Western Australia for over 50 years. During this time, we’ve witnessed the incredible work local groups do to help their communities thrive.

That’s why we’re proud to launch our TR Homes Community Grants program. We will support regional community organisations with a $1000 cash grant towards their worthwhile initiative.

Am I eligible?

Our grants are for not-for-profit organisations, including community groups, sporting clubs, schools and charities in regional Western Australia who are looking to enrich their communities. 

Regional Western Australia includes the following regions: Gascoyne, Goldfields-Esperance, Great Southern, Kimberley, Mid West, Pilbara, South West and the Wheatbelt. Peel and Perth Metropolitan regions are excluded. 

Employees of TR Homes and the Murray River North Group, and their immediate families, are not eligible to apply for TR Homes Community Grants.

FAQs

Grants may be provided for a range of not-for-profit objectives including, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Equipment or uniform purchases
  2. Community events or workshops
  3. Charitable causes
  4. Educational activities about health, well-being, community or environment
  5. Initiatives that develop creativity
  6. Planting, recycling, community gardens and other environmental projects
  7. Education, events, or facility upgrades related to promoting cultural diversity.

TR Homes reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, who the successful applicants are. The awarded applicant must use each TR Homes community grant for the purpose/s described in the application.

After a review and assessment period by TR Homes, each successful grant applicant will be notified by email and phone up to eight (8) weeks after their application. Once contacted, we’ll announce awarded grant applicants on our Facebook page and on this Community Grants webpage.

TR Homes Community Grants program will open in February 2024. Grants will be awarded monthly until TR Homes ends the program. TR Homes reserves the right to cancel the program at any time without notice.

We take your privacy seriously. Information gathered for the TR Homes Community Grants program will be managed in accordance with the TR Homes Privacy Policy

As a condition of accepting the Grant, the awarded Applicant agrees to:

  1. Provide the information requested by TR Homes regarding the initiative for which the grant was intended, which may include photographs, quotes or video footage.
  2. Give your consent to TR Homes to use and disclose the information in your application for the purposes related to the program, including promotional and marketing purposes.
