The ability for TR Homes to deliver a full turnkey product from design and construction to onsite installation and landscaping. This was further enhanced by the ability for TR Homes to produce their own concrete floors which meant TR Homes were able to be more competitive and reliable in terms of construction timeframes. Of course price also was a determining factor and TR Homes represented good value for money

Suits our family
We decided to buy a house from TR Homes as it was an affordable option for us and we loved the open, airy design. We were also able to change the entertainment room into a playroom to suit our family. I also love how the kitchen sink looks over the dining room, so when you have guests over you don’t feel rude doing the washing up.

Rented straight away
My wife and I are very happy with our TR home that was built in Karratha. The Staff at TR Homes were always there to provide us information on our home and answer any questions that we had. The timelines of Construction was very accurate and we had renters in as soon as our house was finished.

A wonderful experience
The TR experience began when I sent of the first email asking for the information packages from to a number of ‘transportable home providers’ and concluded with us now being in our finished home! The journey between these milestones was a wonderful experience and reconfirms the decision by us to have TR Homes build our home! All stages have been stress free and with a stunning end product that meets all our needs. We love the TR Home we selected and the changes we made. It has distinctive styling and appeal that offers us all the space we require. Would I build with TR Homes again? You bet I would, but I won’t have to because they built and supplied us with a home we will love for a long, long, time! Thanks mainly to the wonderful design, sales and support team that provides a quality home!

Nothing was too much trouble
Having recently purchased one of the Killara homes, I was compelled to let people know of my experiences with TR Homes. When I first went through the TR Homes showroom everyone from the receptionist to the sales team was welcoming and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy and was given expert advice. During construction I was informed of what was happening every step of the way and all questions answered. Nothing was too much trouble. Now having moved in, the design is exactly what I wanted and the quality and finish I see in my new home is excellent.
